Ingredients

  • chicken legs - 3 leg, with skin (800g)
  • whipping cream - 1 cup, fluid (200g)
  • bell pepper - 1 pepper (114g)
  • sea salt - 1 tsp (6g)
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp (30g)
  • water - 4 cup (950g)
  • oregano - 0.5 tsp, ground (0.9g)
  • dried rosemary - 0.5 tsp (0.6g)
  • garlic - 4 clove (12g)

Cooking steps

1.) We start by washing the chicken thighs, pat them dry, and then remove the skin.

2.) We add a tablespoon of olive oil to a pan and place it over medium heat.

3.) We add the boneless chicken legs, cut into smaller pieces, to the pan and sauté them for 5 minutes.

4.) Add diced bell pepper and sauté it along with the meat for 2-3 minutes.

5.) Pour in a liter of water, thinly sliced garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and a bit of oregano, and let it simmer on low heat for an hour.

6.) After simmering on low heat for an hour, we add the juice of one lemon and let it boil for an additional 5 minutes.

7.) We add the whipping cream and let it simmer on low heat for another 5-10 minutes.

8.) Before serving, we garnish with a sprinkle of parsley.
