  • whipping cream - 1 cup, fluid (238g)
  • all purpose flour - 2 tbsp (15.6g)
  • dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon (5.4g)
  • lemon - 1 fruit (2-1/8" dia) (58g)
  • extra virgin olive oil - 2 tbsp (27g)
  • garlic - 3 clove (9g)
  • sea salt - 1 tsp (6g)
  • black pepper - 0.5 tsp, ground (1.2g)
  • dried rosemary - 1 tsp (1.2g)

Cooking steps

1.) In a heated pan, add a tablespoon of olive oil and the chicken breast. Sauté it until it takes on a golden hue.
